Allowances
What the limits mean.
Core work is never blocked by headcount. Allowances cover the parts that cost us per use.
AI credits
Used by the Zorbi assistant and AI features on our model keys. A short answer takes a few credits; long reports take more. Calls on your own AI provider key are free.
OCR pages
One page of an invoice, receipt, contract or CV read by OCR or AI field extraction. Text files read directly are not counted.
Storage
Files kept in Zorbi’s storage. Files linked from your own OneDrive, Google Drive or S3 stay there and are not counted.
Transactions
Business documents created in the month: invoices, bills, purchase orders, expense claims, bank lines, payments, quotes and contracts. Journal entries and payslips are not counted.

Who counts as an active employee?
Employees marked active in Zorbi, with or without a login, counted at the month’s peak. People who have left are not counted.
What happens when we use up an allowance?
When AI credits run out, the assistant keeps working only with your own AI provider key until the next month. Other allowances do not stop your work; we will suggest a plan that fits.
Can we start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Starter is free for up to 5 employees. Moving to a larger plan keeps all your data and switches on the extra modules.
Is there a discount for large teams?
From the 201st employee, each employee is 20% off on Growth and Business. Large enterprises get a plan quoted for their organisation.
Can we use our own domain or database server?
Yes, on Enterprise. Contact us and we will plan the setup with your IT team.
